Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply to digital products, software tools, memberships, courses and downloads sold by Easy Pro Marketing LLC ("we", "us", "our") through MattG.com and any associated product website that links to this page, including NowItFits.com and NowIGetAI.com (together, the "Sites"). By buying or using one of our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

Our products are delivered digitally. Depending on the product, you'll get a download, access to a members area (for example, through ProductDyno), access to an online community, or a combination of these. Access details are provided immediately after purchase on the confirmation page and/or by email.

Please keep your login details private. Access is for the purchaser only.

2. Payments and pricing

Payments are processed by third-party platforms such as WarriorPlus, PayPal or Stripe, and are subject to their terms as well as these. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may include or exclude taxes depending on where you live.

Launch or introductory prices are offered for a limited time and may increase afterwards. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you buy.

3. Your licence to use our products

Unless a product's own licence says otherwise, when you buy from us you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product in your own business or personal projects. You may not:

• share, give away, resell or upload our product files or login details for others to use;
• rename, rebrand or claim our products as your own;
• pass on any resale, PLR or white-label rights, unless the product expressly grants those rights to you.

Where a product comes with its own licence (for example, an End-User Licence included in the download), that licence applies to that product and takes priority over this section if the two differ.

Anything you create using our tools, such as briefs, prompts, copy or content, belongs to you.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy on our products. If a product isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date:

• through the platform you bought from (for example, your WarriorPlus purchase history), or
• by opening a support ticket at gazmat.com with your receipt.

When a refund is issued, your access and licence end and you must delete any copies of the product. If a specific product states a longer guarantee on its sales page, that longer period applies to that product.

We reserve the right to decline future purchases from anyone who repeatedly buys and refunds products, or who abuses the refund policy.

5. Memberships and subscriptions

Recurring memberships or subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the platform you joined with, or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, unless stated otherwise.

6. Results and earnings disclaimer

Our products are educational resources and business tools. Any examples, case studies or figures shown are illustrations, not promises or typical results. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market, offer, traffic and many other factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that you will earn any money or achieve any particular result by using our products.

7. AI tools and third-party services

Some of our products work alongside third-party services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other AI tools, browsers and platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or output.

You are responsible for reviewing any AI-assisted output before you use it, and for making sure that your marketing claims are accurate, lawful and suitable for your audience. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

8. Updates, support and availability

Products are provided as they are at the time of purchase. We may improve or update products from time to time, but we are not obliged to provide future updates unless this is stated on the sales page.

9. Intellectual property

All products, content, software, designs and branding on the Sites remain the property of Easy Pro Marketing LLC or its licensors. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

10. Affiliate links

Some of our content recommends third-party products and may contain affiliate links. If you buy through those links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we believe are worth considering.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on this page at the time you bought.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by United States law. If a dispute arises, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the United States. If that doesn't resolve it, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in the United States under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, subject always to section 12.
